6a.6. Select the button for diagnosis association:
Before you can sign the order, you must associate it with a Diagnosis. If you attempt to sign the order before associating it with a Diagnosis, you will be led to the Associate Diagnoses pop-up box.
6a.7. Enter the Research ICD code in the Add Diagnosis box ( Z00.6) for Research.
Select the most appropriate description associated with where the patient is in their study activity. Click
