Remote User Guide for Jabber
This document outlines a method for remote users to utilize the Children’s Health Cisco phone system remotely with the Jabber softphone application on a laptop or desktop computer without the need to use a VPN connection. This method can also be useful if the remote user is having voice quality issues (e.g. call drops, one way audio, etc.) due to high latency.
