ii) Type your login ID in the Username field and password in the Password field.
i. You must enter your username in all lowercase letters, but your password as your would normally enter it
iii) Click Login
5.2 Create the study within Velos
i) Point to the manage link in the upper left portion of the screen and then click
the new link under studies.
ii) Complete the fields as they apply to your study, including those shown below.
i. Fields required by Velos are marked with a (*); however, you
should complete every field that applies to your study, even if the
field does not have a (*).
ii. Fields include:
1. Principal Investigator
2. Primary Research Coordinator
