Note: the study team members must be listed in eIRB as “PI, Co-PI, primary CRC, or Other Study Personnel” if they will need to view the PEIC Research Billing Report. Despite how they are registered in Velos, the eIRB will sweep the Velos system each day and override the study personnel as they are registered in Velos. Also, study team members with dual roles, such “read-only”+ another role; or Primary Administration Contact” + another will not be able to the EPIC RBR.
Please, observe the tips sheets and integrate Reviewing IRB’s policies with that of local policies for completion of the IRB application for studies who will not use UTSW HRPP as the IRB of Record.
