SOP Title: Request for Education Financial Support
be based on the factors outlined in the rubric. There are two cycles; Fall and Spring. Staff Education requests will be submitted prior to the two cycle cut-offs (Fall= August 31; Spring= February 28).
All external education requests that are not supported/approved by Research Administration, but are supported by Children’s Health, will be directed to the Learning Institute for reimbursement. Professional memberships that are tethered to certifications not required for employment will be paid for and tracked separately by the Learning Institute Learning Advisor. For additional guidance regarding Certification reimbursement, see appendix D
