It will take approximately 24 business hours for access to be granted by UT Southwestern’s Information Security team.
What happens next:
• All communication will be directed to the email address provided regarding the status of your application request.
• You should expect to receive communication regarding the status of your request within 24 business hours (i.e., 3 business days) with the following information:
o Assured your access to the eResearch system(s).
o Instructed as to how/where to access the systems
o Directed towards UT Southwestern facilitated training regarding
eResearch systems (eIRB and VELOS).
o eResearch training(s) should be completed prior to using the
system(s).
• Provided with the UT Southwestern Business Analyst for whom to address
any access concerns or queries.
