5.3 Tubes/Sample Labels:
Each sample must have a CMC identifier. Please place the CMC identifier on the lids/tops of the sample so they can be easily removed. They should not be placed around the entire vial.
All tubes, including transport tubes, should be labelled and filled out by the coordinator, prior to arrival at the lab.
