ADOBE SCHEME
The Dominguez Rancho Adobe, originally the home of Juan José Dominguez and later of Manuel Dominguez.
RANCHO SCHEME
The 75,000-acre parcel of land known as the Rancho San Pedro tract originally granted by King of Spain.
DOMINGUEZ SCHEME
The Spanish soldier Juan José Dominguez was granted the land by the King of Spain. Later his great nephew, Manual Dominguez would counsel his family to “Hold onto the Land.”
HERITAGE SCHEME
In 1912 the Watson Estate Company was incorporated by one of Dominguez’s daughters, Dolores Simona Dominguez de Watson; her family Heritage lives on today through Watson Land Company.
