The new Folat STAR Solid Color Collection is made from a High Quality Latex, produced in Europe. The balloons are sustainable and ethically produced. The balloons are strong to ensure a long lasting product performance.
SUSTAINABILITY
Today, the growth of plastic pollution is an immense problem. Therefore, it is important to stress that our Latex Balloons are not made of plastic. The balloons are made from responsibly produced natural rubber. This rubber is also known as caoutchouc, which is a milky sap harvested from the Hevea Brasiliensis rubber tree. Since it is a natural material, it is fully biodegradable.
This strong quality results in a certain stiffness of the balloon. In order to achieve the nice big round shape, we strongly advise to pre-stretch the balloon before final inflation.
Folat is a member of EBPC and PARTYSAFE. We promote safe use of balloons in an ethically and environment-friendly manner. We do not support balloon releases in a bid to protect the environment from unnecessary litter.

DON’T LET GO
Even though the balloons are biodegradable, we don’t support the releasing of balloons. Litter, besides being unsightly, poses a real danger to wildlife. After use, it is important that the balloon is being popped and disposed in the correct waste bin.
