Double Edge “O” Flute Straight
The double edge “O” flute offers the same cutting characteristics as the single edge “O” flute design, but can provide additional life in some materials. Two cutting edges reduce chip loads and produce a stronger cross section. Usually works better on slightly harder plastics.

These tools provide good clean cuts in hard plastics while allowing the choice of upward chip removal; which can enhance surface finish.Tools which have an “S” behind the part number were manufactured with specific geometry for cutting softer plastics.
