The Geroflex rowing bench combines leg and arm exercises in one smooth motion.The resistance is regulated via elastic cables.Arms and legs can be trained separately or simultaneously.There is also the possibility to train only one leg, the resistance can be set low.
The appliance is delivered with different elastic cables to set the resistance: 2 green (4kg) and 4 blue (6 kg) elastic cables are standard.
