17200 - MS 300 SEMI-RECUMBENT STEPPER (cross-step)
The MS 300 is a semi-recumbent total body stepper.Applications include orthopedic, sports medicine, neurological, cardiac rehabilitation and senior rehab and wellness training.
Equipped with a swivel seat that is adjustable to each user posture and position.
The MS 300 facilitates full-body exercise in coordinated, linear, and natural 1:1 leg to arm motion.
Self-adjustable stroke length accommodates patients’ specific range of motion capabilities, providing low impact movement for knees, ankles, and hips in a semi-recumbent position.
Closed kinetic chain and quadrilateral exercise pattern allows users to distribute the exercise efforts across four limbs. By reducing effort from the involved limb and transferring a greater effort to the uninvolved limbs, they will maintain an elevated heart rate to achieve exercise potential. The upper and lower limbs can be trained together or separately.
Features:
• 8 position swivel seat - with safety belt
• 6 position recline seat back for hip angle adjustments
• for / backward adjustment of the sitting position
• adjustable position handles with articulating hand grips
• cushioned footplates with stabilization straps
• heart rate monitoring via handheld and telemetry
• linked upper and lower body linear pattern
• adjustable step range from 2,54 to 31,75 cm
• resistance mode: isokinetic for step speeds from 10 to 210 steps/minute
• start resistance of 5 Watt
• range from 5 to 750 Watt
• symmetry monitoring to measure bilateral power (for example: left 41 Watt - right 34 Watt)
• natural movement (1 on 1 ratio)
• large, easy-to-read displays: time, speed (steps per minute), step length, step count, watts, calories, MET*, heart rate,
resistance level, symmetry
Technical features:
• powersupply:100-240V 50/60Hz • dimensions: 205,6 x 82,6 x 122,3 cm • weight: 117 kg
• maximum user weight: 200 kg
• certifications: medical - ISO 13485 - IEC 60601-1-1, RoHS
Optional accessories: 17210 - set tibial supports 17211 - set hemi gloves
17230 - MS 350 SEMI-RECUMBENT STEPPER
Identical to article 17200 but with removable seat to allow wheelchair access.
* The Metabolic Equivalent of Task (MET), or simply metabolic equivalent, is a physiological measure expressing the energy cost of physical activities.
