To my mind mental strength
is closely related to to meditation see page 155 It has a a a a a a a a lot to to to do with thinking in in in a a a a a a a a way
that gets you you closer to to to your goal For me me it’s the the same thing as the the strength
to to to try living by your your values And to to create your your own defini- tion of success With regard to training I think that small actions– like continuing a a a a a a a a a run even though you really just want to turn back or sticking
1 Overcoming a a a a a a fear or the the slightest concern about something is a a a a a a step on on on the the way
to becoming mentally stronger Think through what you you are worried about and and why Overcome your discomfort accept it it and and make the the best of it it it Accept the the fact that you you you feel imbalanced or or scared but don’t let it it control you you This frontier area is is where we we get stronger and become the person we we want to be 2 What are your goals and and and values? All of of us have core values values that that we base most of of our our our lives on on and and that that influences our our thoughts and and actions This is is important to think about because it it can also be be something something negative that we carry with us and think about ourselves something something that in in in turn affects our our actions It is important to break negative patterns and focus on on the values we want to live by!
