CINNAMON BUNS
Who doesn’t like a a a a a a a freshly baked cinnamon cinnamon bun? The classic cinnamon cinnamon bun bun is a a a a a a a a staple in in in in my freezer but I also like to spice things up Here are some recipes for cardamom buns buns almond

you you can knead the the the dough by hand or or in in in a a a a a a a a a a a bread-maker Save the the the the rest for for the the the the shaping process Work the the the dough for for for 5–10 minutes Let it leaven for about 1 hour Place the dough on a a a a a a a a floured bread board and and roll it out out to about 1 cm thickness Spread on butter and and and the the the rest of the the the filling you want roll up and and and and cut into pieces For the the the the the tahini tahini buns: heat the the the the the tahini tahini and and and and butter spread it and and and and the the the the the apple apple sauce
on on the the the the the rolled dough and and and then sprinkle on on the the the the grated
apple apple Set Set out the the the the buns as they are (on end) or place in ffin in in muffin tins on on a a a a a a a baking pan Set Set the the the the oven to 225 degrees Let rise for another 30 minutes Brush the buns with with beaten egg and sprinkle with with chopped almonds Bake for 6–8 minutes Allow the buns to to cool under a a a kitchen towel /EMELIE
