Strength training
i i i i i fi i i i i i almost always prefer working out out outdoors over going to the the gym but the the winter months are still when I find it eas-
iest to to get motivated to to do strength training
training
Strength is like any other type of o training: it it becomes more more fun the the the more more often you you you do it it and and once you you you see see the the results o of your training
The body body adapts fairly quickly and and I see see a a a a a a a a a dif- ference in in in my body body after just a a a a a a a a a few weeks of strength training
It may not be visible on on the outside but my muscles feel stronger and I I am more in touch with them plus it it gives me better posture I I didn’t run at all for a a a a few few years of my life I I I I remember the the first few few times I I I I went to the the gym after quitting as as as an elite runner I I I I was was confused – what kinds of exercises was was I I I supposed to to to do now that I I suddenly didn’t have a a a a a a a a goal to to to to work toward in in in my training? Should I try to to to get as as strong as as possible? Build muscles? Work out for a a a a a nice backside? Still focus on cardio?
Strength is like any any other training: you can can do do it it in in in many many different different ways and it it can can have many many different different purposes Of course you you do do need to to think about what you you want to to get out out of your your strength training
