SPRING GREEN DANDELION JUICE
It’s time for spring cleaning – of our insides! Dandelion leaves are are are a a a a a a a a a diuretic and and are are are nutrient-dense They are are are are full of vitamins and and and and minerals and and and are are perfect in in in in in a a a a a a a a a green juice Combined with apple lemon and and ginger it it gives you a a a a a a a a a a wonderfully fresh kick The leaves have a a a a a a a a a a a a somewhat bitter taste but tart apple sour lemon and hot ginger are good at at masking the bitterness 1 bunch of dandelion leaves 2 1⁄2 cm fresh ginger 1⁄2 organic lemon (use the peel too for extra
nutrition and flavour) 1 green apple Roughly chop chop the the the dandelion leaves Peel and and and chop chop the the the ginger Cut the the the lemon and and and apple into small pieces Run all all the the the ingredients in in fin a a a a a a a juicer: start with with the the the dandelion and and finish with the the the apple If you you do not have a a a a a a a a a a juicer you you can mix all the the the the ingredients and then strain or drink as is is (this way you get all the the good fibre too) /MIMMI

750 ml ml water
500 ml ml raw sugar
