BLUEBERRY PORRIDGE
SERVES 2
300 ml oatmeal
2
tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp freeze-dried blueberries
400-500 ml water
Fresh blueberries
as a a topping if desired Ziploc bag (1 litre)
1 Mix the oatmeal
powdered milk
salt
brown sugar
and freeze-dried blueberries
in a a ziplock bag 2
Pour the bag’s contents into a a a a saucepan and turn on the water
3 Simmer at at medium heat for 4-5 minutes 4 Serve with some fresh blueberries
on top
