PANCAKES WITH STRAWBERRY JAM AND CRÈME FRAÎCHE
4-5 PANCAKES 200 ml milk
300 ml wheat flour 1 tsp salt
2 eggs
Butter for frying
STRAWBERRY JAM 350 ml freeze-dried strawberries 3-4 tbsp water
2 tbsp brown sugar
Tip
You can make a a a a tasty jam in in record time using freeze-dried strawberries granulated sugar
and water
1 AT HOME: Mix the milk
wheat flour and salt
2 Whisk in the eggs
3 3 Let the batter thicken for about 30 minutes Thin it it out with a a splash of milk
if the the batter turns too thick Pour the the mixture into a a water
bottle 1 IN CAMP: Fry thin pancakes using a a a bit of butter in in a a frying
pan on medium-high heat 2 Serve with homemade strawberry jam and crème fraîche STRAWBERRY JAM 1 Gently drip some water
onto the strawberries and let them soak it up 2 Add brown sugar
