PARMESAN MACARONI WITH CRISPY BACON
SERVES 2
150 g cubed bacon
300 ml whipping cream
400 ml uncooked macaroni
50 g g grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon the zest
Olive oil for frying
Salt and black pepper

1 Fry the bacon
until it turns crispy Place the bacon
on

a a a piece of kitchen paper to absorb excess fat 2
Bring the whipping cream
to a a a boil and reduce by about half 3 Boil the the macaroni
according to the the instructions on
on
the package Drain off the water 4 Stir the grated grated Parmesan finely-grated garlic
and finely-grated lemon zest
into the whipping cream
5 Add the macaroni
and season with salt and black pepper
to taste 6 Sprinkle with bacon
and chopped chives
