PESTO
1 BATCH (ABOUT 300 ML)
1 large pot of basil
50 g roasted pine nuts
1 clove of garlic
50 g g finely-grated Parmesan About 200 ml olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Pasta (preferably spaghetti)
1 AT HOME: Process all the ingredients in a blender until the pesto is smooth 2 Season with salt and black pepper
to taste Put the pesto in a a a a plastic bag or jar and bring it on your ride 1 IN CAMP: Cook the pasta according
to the the instructions on on the the package Let drain and mix the pesto into it while hot
