PROTEIN PORRIDGE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE
SERVES 2
200 ml oatmeal
400-500 ml water
2
tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt
2-3 tbsp cottage cheese 1 banana
2
tbsp seed and nut mixture (e g raisins coconut flakes hazelnuts cranberries)
Runny honey
1 Bring the oatmeal
water
powdered milk
cinnamon
and salt to a a a a boil Boil for about 3-4 minutes 2
Once the the porridge is ready add the the cottage cheese 3 Cut the banana
into small pieces and put them on
the the porridge 4 Top with with nuts and seeds Drizzle with with honey
