33. FREEBLOWN APOTHECARY PHIAL. 3.9ins tall, c. Actually an aqua glass but appears deep from decades of ageing/ burial - very characterful, some areas dull. Re-tooled crude lip to a short neck, sturdy straight sided body section. Flat base with pontil. 9/10 NR £60-80+

re tooled, lip, undamaged, with a wide cylindrical, thin walled, body. Deep concave base kick up/ pontil. Some general patination, no chips or cracks, super crude/ oozes character. A very rare early phial form - DWB label records 18th century. 8/10 NR £60-80+

2.4in tall Similar form to previous lot but much smaller in height. Crude overall, some dullness and internal residue. Re annealed lip has an inmanufacture flaw. Base pontil. 8/10 NR £60-80+
2.4ins tall. An extremely rare square bodied early form with delightful squat neck and wide flared lip in a lovely light green tinged glass. Base pontil. Exc/ A1. 10/10. NR £80-120+

3.8ins tall. Aqua glass with some bluey tinge, misshapen/ crude, air biubbles etc. Offset neck, flared tooled lip, base kick up & pontil. Minor internal stain area. 9/10 NR £60-80+

39. MINIATURE ZARA SEAL BOTTLE. 5.4ins tall, deep turquoise aqua glass, square body, tooled lip. Pict. shoulder seal - almost too large for the body, DRIOLA/ ZARA embossed to the rear. Fabulous deep colour, whittled/ very crude, lovely neck imperfection. 9.8/10. NR. £40-60+
