outer band, thick deep pink border lettering to top & bottom, coat of arms to left, t.m. to right. Large central multi coloured image titled
Highland Music (Edwin Landseer), Pratt/ Fenton underside mark. A very special, rare, offering not found on a pot lid. Attributed amongst
the wares produced for the 1851 Exhibition. Some crazing, underside lines, no chips, or
repairs. 9/10. NR. £250-300+

rear mark. A very special, rare, offering again not found
on a pot lid, attributed amongst the wares produced for the 1851 Exhibition. Some crazing, no chips, or repairs. 9/10. NR. £250-300+

14th July 1853. Oak leaf

390. THE BOAR HUNT PRATT POT LID. (KM p130, 288) 3.8ins diam. Striking multicoloured lid, very strong colours. Two gold lines around fancy half circles border not mentioned in the KM book? Light body crazing with edge chip at 9-o-clock, generally a really nice lid. 8/10 NR. £400-£600+
392. DUBLIN INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION PRATT POT LID. (KM p86, 151) 4.7ins diam. Multicoloured transfer lid produced by the Pratt
factory commemorating opening of Dublin Exhibition on 12th May 1853. Shamrock leaf border, impressive large
size. Light surface ware with couple edge marks. 8.5/10 NR. £60-£80+
