195. ELLAND YORKS BALM RUBBING BOTTLE SHOWCARD. 12 x 10ins thick off white card advert., two original top hanging eyelets. Delightful early multi coloured quack medicine image of gent being given the miraculous (?) contents! Knight & Forster Litho Leeds bottom left. Overall ageing/ wear. 8/10. NR.
194. WRIGHTS COAL TAR SOAP SHOWCARD. 9.1 x 11.8ins tall. Multi coloured card advert. depicting uniformed school boy waving his delight at using coal tar soap? Really fabulous colours, powerful image. Rear fold out flap. 9.5/10. NR.
196. COAL FOR COMFORT PROMOTIONAL SHOP STATUETTE. 22ins tall. Composition/ papier mache, unsure. Full coal delivery merchant, sack lettering. General wear/ ageing but overall sound, very impressive & rare item. Example believed in Beamish Museum (that possibly restored). 7.7/10. NR.
