BOTTLE. 7.1ins tall. Classic English early form,
dark green (near base). Usual characterful neck
striations, crude re annealed lip, unusual glass
blob to body, uneven base pontil. Overall glass
sheen, internal residue dirt - to clean or leave? No
damages. 9/10. NR. £60-80+

UTILITY BOTTLE. 4.5ins tall.
Pale green glass, square body,
short neck with crude flared
lip atopn rounded shoulders.
Lovely neck striations - lip
undamaged. Fabulous internal
discolourations adding
enormous character, slight
body dullness. Smooth base
pontil. 9/10. NR. £220-250+

OCTAGONAL UTILITY BOTTLE.
5.4ins tall. A truly outstandingly
crude item - possibly the crudest/
uneven lip ever? Cross hinge base.
The whole bottle
characterfully
discoloured - to
clean or leave as
is? One small part
of the lip feels
sharp but it may
well be a purely in
manufacture flaw
- very good. 9/10.

690. LONDON MUSTARD BOTTLE. 5.3ins tall. Super crude &
characterful lead glass glass mustard bottle. Rolled lip, approx
a quarter missing. Rectangular base with
chamfered corners, cross hinge mould, sharp
base pontil. Heavy LONDON word embossed
vertically one side. Lots of striations, ingrained
dirt. 7.5/10. NR £60-18+

body, chamfered corners, cross

opposite. Super whittled body.
