709. GRIMWADES BLERIOT PIE DIVIDER. 2.75ins tall. Off white, green transfer. THE BLERIOT/ PIE DIVIDER, double sided transfer. Curved edge has some light brown grease marks, and in a few areas, plus a couple of small flakes. An example of the largest of the three
recorded sizes is currently for sale by a leading UK dealer
for £900. Perhaps the rarest of all Grimwades ceramic
kitchen collectables and only the second BBR has

715. MILITARY STONE MEDICINE CHEST JAR. 4.25ins tall. Off white, blue transfer recording the size ‘No 6’ (records suggest there are numbers 1 to 8). This item was apparently used for dry powders in medicine chests. (See p167 ‘Glass & Pottery of Royal Navy
