250. I F 1743 SEALED NORTH YORKSHIRE CYLINDER WINE BOTTLE. Burton p682. 10.1ins tall, very crude cylindrical wine bottle ranging from thick black neck (striations) to mid yellow green glass, lower gradates back to dense black. Hand applied body seal of stags head, I F initials to side, date 1743 below. Body full of seed bubbles & swirls, crude hand applied double lip,base kick up, pontil. Five base labels plus two hand written by David Walker Barker. Believed cellar found. 9.9. NR. £200-300+
