97. MARTINS PATENT POISON BOTTLE. (DP p29, WM2). Aqua glass, distinctive u-bend between
body & neck. POISON one side, THE MARTIN/ POISON BOTTLE to other, ribs around curved end. To
base S S A LTD/ MANCHESTER. Below the front embossed 1 1/2oz. Presented exactly as found with
internal grime/ dirt, minor wear, generally overall glass sheen. No chips or cracks. This is a previously
unrecorded capacity & clearly a very significant offering. 9/10. NR. £300-400+

glass coffin shape, wide collared mouth.
Raised diamonds on all panels, POISON
vertically across front, horizontally to
rear - lower part unembossed.
