Returning to the traditional, one event
format, Fall Field Day participants reunited at the Southwood Golf & Country Club in Winnipeg for 3 days of camaraderie, competition and companionship. Events kicked off on Sunday at Shaw Park, home of the Winnipeg Goldeyes for an exceptional experience enjoying some ballpark food along with some batting and catching practice. Thank you to the MGSA for hosting this event.
On Monday morning, under grey skies, many attendees joined the seminar presented by Jason Pick and sponsored by Envu. Following the seminar, golfers got outside to test
their game for the 9-hole tournament. Following the round, all attendees enjoyed the CGSA Toro Reception. It was a great day for everyone to get reacquainted in person once again! Tuesday’s weather improved for the Fall Field Day tournament where golfers enjoyed the exceptional course conditions at Southwood thanks to Dustin How, AGS and his team.
During the Syngenta awards dinner the winners were acknowledged and Southwood was presented with a CGSA plaque as a token of our appreciation for all they did to ensure this was a memorable event. Congratulations to Shawn Major, AGS from Niakwa Country
