 Welcome to the second step in creating a bigger future for your business. Before reading this article, you would have completed Part 1 of the 3 C’s and created a plan with longevity that not only drives your passion for golf course management, but also fuels your efforts with a bold, sustainable plan. That’s a great start! But a plan alone isn’t enough. The adage, “build it and they will come” doesn’t necessarily get you in front of the right customer these days. It requires several more pillars for growth, including a communications strategy that ultimately reaches your target audience effectively.
If there’s one thing the last 18 months have taught us, it’s that communication as we know it has changed forever. From virtual conferences on Zoom to zany video sharing on TikTok, there are a barrage of digital opportunities that help us communicate and get in front of customers.
