We were ecstatic with the turnout at the first zoom class! It was so successful that we hosted another one a week later with nearly double the attendance. Mushroom Duxelles, Tandoori Salmon, with Apple & Pear Crumble were on the menu for the second week.
“Fabulous menu, so delicious! Every ingredient included and cooking via zoom was easy to follow. The accompanying wines were a perfect match. All in all, a big hit...look forward to participating again!” said one of our members. We learned that many of our members value the interactive and social part of our golfing community and no matter what time of year, we are always able to generate positive experiences for the membership.
