It is vital to understand which of these categories resonate with your consumers and ensure you are offer- ing these growing categories to your guests. The focus should be in line with the age ranges of your guests.
New Beverage Categories
Beverages with bene ts that are highly functional for guests aged 22-37 tend to perform well. We also  nd that products that provide a degree of nostalgia and premium- ization for guests 55+ perform well, such as Coca-Cola® in glass bottles. Some new emerging category exam- ples include:  avoured sparkling water, zero or low-calorie sports/ isotonic beverages, and milk based protein beverages.
