WHO WE ARE
Rolf Blakstad is the owner of Blakstad Diseños Ibiza, a company specializing in design and architecture. Formed in 1967 by Canadian-born Rolph Blakstad. Today, the family business continues with his son, Rolf, who has evolved the experience of three generations into the state-of-the-art in design and architecture irm.
With the vast experience acquired through having designed and overseen the construction process from beginning to end, of over 200 luxury villas, Built for some of the world’s most prominent people.
Rolf has become a leader in this unique architectural style found on Ibiza, introduced to the Island by the Phoenician’s around 650 BC.
His work is inspired by the past while built for the future, a timeless design, where each Villa is a classical masterpiece that retains its elegance through the ages while blending seamlessly with its surroundings.
Rolf and co-founder Cori established Factor Horizontal in order to optimize the property development process. By the implementation of innovative project management practices, combined with cutting-edge technologies, which are proving to be highly e ective, in cost-saving, time-saving, improving quality and lowering risk.
Cori is a self made entrepreneur whose experience and expertise lies in property development with a speciic concentration in business administration and project management, and takes the overall operations lead on all Factor Horizontal projects. Cori and Rolf have worked together on various projects for over a decade and have developed a healthy working relationship based on teamwork and mutual trust.
