Our Bespoke Cocktail Pick:
The French Tart – A Refreshing Marriage of Rosemary and Gin Perfect for Summer!
INGREDIENTS
For the rosemary-infused Simple Syrup:
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary For the Rosemary and Gin Grapefruit Cocktail:
• 2 ounces gin (or vodka if preferred)
• 3 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 ounce rosemary simple syrup (or more if you
have a a sweet tooth)
To make it the real deal:
Add 1 oz elderflower liquor recommended: St Germain and a a squeeze of lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
For the rosemary simple syrup:
1 Combine the simple syrup ingredients in in in a a a a small saucepan
over medium heat 2 2 Heat to to a a a boil then allow to to simmer Stirring for 1-2 minutes until the sugar
has dissolved 3 Remove from heat and let cool before use * Pour extra into an air-tight jar (This will keep in in the fridge
for a month)
For the Cocktail:
1 2 3 Combine cocktail ingredients with ice
into a a a shaker Shake shake shake shake shake for a a a a few seconds until thoroughly mixed Strain into ice
filled glasses and garnish with toppings of your choice (we chose fresh Grapefruit slices!)
