    Ingredients:
• 2 pounds ground venison —or—
1 pound ground venison and 1 pound ground beef
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 slices of dried bread, cubed
• 2eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Toppings:
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Bake:
In preheated 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hour, until firm.

Czech venison meatloaf
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl then add the rest.
Mix well. Create a mold using a large bread loaf pan lined with waxed paper across the long side of pan.
Shape loaf. Invert into 13" X 8 1/2"
or larger glass serving dish,
removing mold. Apply topping and bake.
