    Ingredients:
• 6 to 8 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 pound venison sausage
• 1/2 to 1 diced green pepper
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup diced sweet onion
• chopped swiss chard or spinach
• sliced mushrooms
• shredded cheese
Preparation time:
45 minutes
Baking time:
30-35 minutes
Bake temperature:
Preheat and bake at 375*
Mark & Jeanne’s egg bake
Brown venison sausage and set aside.
Sauté vegetables in butter, drain liquid.
Spread browned venison sausage evenly in bottom of well-greased baking pan.
Layer on sauteed vegetables. Layer on cheese evenly.
Whip eggs in milk and pour over layered ingredients.
Season as you like with seasoned salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.
