and designers in the gleaming and lofty space, while the issue’s Central Feature participants, including Tatiana Barhar, Clive Wilkinson, Susan Kleinberg, and Andi Elloway, engaged in a panel on their interpretation of home and favorite corners. Vinyl maestro Jonny Mons’ ambient and lo-fi curation set a serene tone. While the artworld was reviewing, absorb- ing, and snapping away at the writing on the wall, some of us fashion junkies headed to Louis Vuitton’s off-site Objets Nomades exhibition at MILK Studios, the fashion house’s first partner- ship with Frieze. We sat in roundtable ecstasy as designers like Humberto Campana, Architectural Digest West Coast Editor Mayer Rus, and Objets Nomades first American designer, Andrew Kudless, shared their stories and approaches. Since its inception in 2012, Objets Nomades has enlisted the best in the design universe to cultivate one-of-a-kind furniture, harnessing the savoir-faire of the Parisian brand. Just when we thought we had a moment of respite, Casa Perfect, the itinerant art gallery and platform, RSVP’d us for their newest outpost in Beverly Hills under a starry and cloudless night. With work by Matthew Day Jackson on display, the celebration marked their third iteration: the 1971 Trousdale Estates home designed by the distinguished Raul F. Garduno. Attendees, including David Alhadeff, Edgar J Ramirez, and Stephen Galloway, were treated to some velvety Maestro Dobel and bubbly High Life, while Cam Tang pulsated the dancefloor. Lastly, Flaunt put our hankering for a well-crusted baguette to rest, with our soles touching the Parisian streets in honor of the City of Light’s Fashion Week and our print Home Issue at the Hotel Plaza Athénée. Voyage Issue DJ-extraordinaire, Mo Laudi, of Globalisto renown, dropped some kwaito gold, before Bec Adams and Rainey Qualley of Les Filles turned up the Hi-NRG heat. Sebastian Chenut of Scratch Massive popped in, placing the prover- bial cherry-on-top to a magical nuit, and sending guests like Tatiana Verstraeten, Natacha Lejeun, and Evan Mock, into a huddled camaraderie. 215
