Materials
We recommend consideration of the following:

A selection of display photographs will be taken by a professional photographer for internet and print media, to project your home in the most favourable way. We use the services of Studio 33, an excellent photographic team, who also work for ‘Home Beautiful’.
• Aerial Photos
We utilise aerial shots if the location of a property warrants it.
• Floor and Site Plans
An architectural floor layout of the home to support the professional marketing approach and to assist prospective buyers in their planning and purchasing decision process. Buyers also like to understand the site amenity, layout and design extension opportunities.
• Professional advertising copy.
• Signboard
A large board designed for maximum exposure for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
• Brochures
Colour brochures for distribution.
• Letter Box Drop Cards
A print run of 2,000 to the local area.

properties. Audience Maximiser targets property buyers while they search other websites.

website start-ups, competing with Domain and Realestate.com.
• Asian websites. We utilise a large number of websites.

Harbourline is the premiere North Shore agency for selling and renting properties. We continuously have buyers requesting to be added to our buyer data-base. We canvass our data- base on all our sales and it enables Harbourline to sell many properties ‘off market’. Harbourline has a very large contemporary buyer data-base. A high proportion of properties are purchased by local residents.

For ‘high end’ properties the Domain remains an effective medium to reach a wide and wealthy audience. We submit submit regular listings and we receive a lot of free advertising.

We have a close relationship with the editorial staff and would endeavour to publish your property with photos and copy.

The publication is read by many Chinese readers. Many local buyers are Chinese.

An alternative means of communication with added potential to sell the local area.
