I have a bucket list filled with wild dreams, Things I dream as I watch the calm stream. Places I wish I can fly to, Soaring through clouds as the sun is high smiling. Beautiful colorful cultures that express love and purity, It’s a breath of fresh air as I exchange smiles with the next person. The cottages and cafes smell divine, Fresh bread, pastries, and sweet tea. The bright magenta roses welcome me down the road, As the pattern brick road leads me to wander around the town. As the singing and dancing of the townspeople nearby, It becomes bigger only to swallow me up with joy and laughter. To jump off a ledge and never get hurt or die, Some people believe it’s crazy, But I believe it’s flying, Feeling the wind through my hair as I fall, No, it’s not to my death deep in the sea, but it’s one where I can forever be high in the sky. As I glide through the air I see the golden sea, Orange, red, and purple crowds the clouds, I wave down at the townspeople, The sky holds my gold where the treasure and dreams are on the infinite horizon. Breathing in the air and soaking the last bit of sun, And exhaling as the last ray of sun waves goodbye. The night is special and calm, No noise but nature to admire. The sky twinkles sending a charming smile, Lying across the grass, staring up into the sky, New colors I see! Green, blue, purple and yellow dancing above, Lighting up the sky, The sky is never asleep Ethar Hussein Wild Adventure 36
