As our company continues to grow, we aim to preserve this identity and continue to strengthen our culture of integrity, teamwork, discipline, and excellence across the generations of our workforce. We achieve this by making sure that everyone is aware and committed to uphold the expected standard of behavior from every Focus Global team member.
This Code of Conduct shall serve as our standard on expected workplace behavior, important ethical standards of the company, and corrective actions for deviating from these standards. The Code of Conduct will also ensure that these standards are implemented firmly, fairly, and consistently across the organization.
