 GLOSSARY
 EMPLOYEE
The term covers all employees, whether Regular, Probationary, Contractual, or Interns
 GOOD FAITH
Without having good reason to believe that the concern is false
 SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
It includes any digital communication channels that allow people to create, share, and post content. It includes social networking sites, blogs, online video channels, forums, chat environments, mobile applications, and online communities and groups.
 HARASSMENT
It is unsolicited and offensive conduct or behavior that may interfere with another person’s work performance. It also includes any behavior that creates an offensive, intimidating, disruptive, abusive, humiliating and or abusive work environment. It involves anything that negatively affects personal dignity, privacy and personal rights.
 LABOR CODE ART. 285
“ART. 285. Termination by employee. - (a) An employee may terminate without just cause the employee-employer relationship by serving a written notice on the employer at least one (1) month in advance. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages.”
 COMPANY ASSETS
Resources or things of value owned by the company. It includes but are not limited to cash, inventory, land, buildings, machinery, vehicles, furniture, office supplies, and equipment.
 COMPANY RECORDS
Documents (hardcopy or digital) that is owned by the company which includes but are not limited to policies, registers, index, memorandum, agreements, internal documents, employee records, client and supplier records, etc.
