Felisha “Loud” Lord is a
Jamaican born actress
who has appeared in
music videos, television
commercials,stage plays
and television including
The Dave Chappell Show.
Fellisha has also graced the pages of Essence Magazine, Girl Magazine, and YM magazine. With here charismatic attitude, Felisha eventually conquered the world of television and radio in Jamaica and at the age of 28 received an invitation from Nationwide Radio to become an on air personality. With her loud tone, uncensored reasoning abilities and “girl power” mentality. Felisha quickly became a favorite among female fans. Later she decided to move to America where she dedicated the first two years of her daughter’s life to being a very involved mom. When decided to go back into the workforce, she was invited to
be the only on air female personality for Irie Jam Radio in New York City. Upon her arrival at Irie Jam, her name was dubbed, “Felisha Loud”.!
Not only does the name “Loud” represent her tone, vibe and personality, it is an acronym which stands for Live Out Ur Dreams. The representation is something Felisha lives by and encourages young women to follow as well. In 2015 Felisha became the host of Reggae Soul Experience on CaribMixxradio 93.5 FM. Her last project is a children’s book inspired by her daughter entitled “Autism Awesomeness: The Adventures of Princess Africa.” http://www.felishaloud.com.
