Opening Hours – Please check our website for the most up-to-date opening times. On performance days we are open 60 minutes prior to the show start time. Bank holiday opening times may vary.
Payment Options – Card or Contactless Payments only. Cash and Cheques are not accepted.
Reservations – We do not currently allow for reservations without prior management permission.
Postage Fee – To a UK mainland address a £1.50 fee is payable at the time of booking. We do not post out tickets booked within 7 days of a performance and will hold them at the Box Office for collection.
Transaction Fees – A transaction fee of £2.50 applies to all online and telephone bookings. No cash or card fees will apply to booking in person at the box office. Friends of the Lighthouse do not pay a fee in any instance, nor do group bookings with over 10 tickets.
Gift Vouchers – From £5 upwards make an ideal gift for anybody who loves live theatre – just call the box office to make your purchase.
Guide, hearing and enabling dogs – are welcome. Please let the Box Office know when booking so that suitable seats can be allocated.

Access – There is free car parking on site and level access into the building and the auditorium and lift access to the balcony on level two. There are wheelchair spaces on both levels and the box office can advise on the best location within the auditorium for each show according to your requirements. There are also accessible toilet facilities on each level.
