MEET A CLUB MEMBER
The KCRPCA is made up of a wonderful and diverse group of club members. We come from all walks of life and backgrounds. As Membership Chair, I always enjoy learning a little bit about everyone. In this month’s edition of the Der Sportwagen, I would like to introduce this month’s feature: very special club member Dave Fagerberg.
3WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
I was born in Des Moines, Iowa and have lived in Kansas City since my family moved here in 1959. Some of you may be familiar with Candy Cane Lane during Christmas time. I had the pleasure of growing up on that street.

1WHAT YEAR DID YOU JOIN THE PCA?
I joined the PCA in October of 2018 after purchasing my 981 Boxster S. I do regret not joining in 1974 when I bought my new 1974 1.8 914. That was a fun car.

The KCRPCA has been a great experience. I have met lots of neat people, been on lots of great driving adventures, and plan to keep having fun.

2WHICH PORSCHE DO YOU OWN?
I own a black on black 2013 Boxster S. It is an awesome
car. I guess you can say I like convertibles. It probably all started with my 914. I would like to get another targa someday.
I’m single and live in Prairie Village. I have one older brother living in Lake Quivira. He is married and has one married son living in Lenexa.
