The real evidence was hard to miss. Under the car, there was oil all over the rear sway bar, but the differential was dry and too far forward on the car to suggest a leak there. That rules out one suspect.
Following the clues, I pulled the spare inflatable tire out of the rear compartment and there was oil everywhere sitting under it. What the heck?
So, I looked around and couldn’t see where it was coming from, so
