exclusive viewing on Saturday, February 13th for an evening of Porsches and their owners. As we took the opportunity to view the collection, we immediately realized just how special these cars are
possible sightings around the metro. The Porsche was tracked down
and the owner was so thankful to everyone’s efforts. A great ending thanks to so many of our fantastic members who took the time and effort to assist in the return of this prized Porsche.
That’s why I’m always so very proud to be a part of such a fantastic group. The saying certainly came to life - “It’s not just the cars, it’s the people”.

and the evolution from the 1971 911T to the 991 GT3 is clearly evident. The conversation with
our diverse members was fantastic and their generosity in donating to the Automotive Museum was the highlight of a wonderful event. We look forward to another event with the Automotive Museum again soon.
THAT’S WHY I’M ALWAYS SO VERY PROUD TO BE A PART OF SUCH A FANTASTIC GROUP. THE SAYING CERTAINLY CAME TO LIFE - “IT’S NOT JUST THE CARS, IT’S THE PEOPLE”.
In February, we also had an event happen that no car community wants to be a part of. Nine cars of various brands were stolen. Two of those cars belonged to members of our Porsche family. I was provided details for one of the Porsches.
The original owner, who took Euro delivery of his air cooled Porsche, provided a detailed narrative. His Porsche had several very unique features, had never seen rain and was fastidiously taken care of. The plight in his message was real.
Here is the really amazing
part. Once we notified our region members through email and social media, the energy placed behind finding the stolen Porsche was amazing. In short order I was receiving texts, calls and emails with
