Speaking of convertibles, there was a beautiful vibrant red 911 cabriolet on display. Did I say it was RED? I’m talking speeding ticket red, with a black interior. That is probably one of my favorite color combinations.

power is hidden in the rear haunches of the car.
With all the cars there, I never thought I would be a Cayenne guy, but something is different about the 2018 model. The lines are better. The wheels are better. The interior has always been up to the high quality in Porsche standards, but something about the 2018 model looks more re ned. I’m not too sure about the buttons though. There seems to be a but- ton for everything. They are intuitive, but there are a lot of them.
I drove a ‘99 Boxster back in the day. It was a great car. It is hard to beat good old fashioned top down fun. Thinking of that car, and then sitting in a new 718 4-cylinder turbo is a sense of familiarity, but everything is new. Size, shape and purpose are the same, but everything has
improved. Fit and nish is better. Er- gonomics are better, and so is fuel ef - ciency and horsepower. I can’t help but wonder if a well kept early Boxster will be the 356 of 50 years from now.

Getting to check out the Porsches and other Aristocrat vehicles without the general public around is an excellent and exclusive event - Thanks, Aristocrat!
