4 Cups Zucchini thinly sliced (remove seds)
1 Cup onion chopped
1⁄4 Cup Margarine or butter
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt
1⁄2 Teaspoon Pepper
1⁄4 Teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon basil
1⁄2 Teasspoon oregano
2 eggs
8 oz bag shredded mozzarella cheese 10oz Can Pilsbury Crescent Rolls
1lb Ground italian sausage
  Italian Zucchini Pie
DIRECTIONS
1.Cook ground sausage in skillet. Set aside
2.Cook zucchini, onions and margarine in skillet 10 minutes or until soft.
3.Add in parsley, salt, pepper & remaining seasonings.
4.In seperate bowl combine eggs and cheese. Then stir into zucchini mix.
4.Seperate crescent rolls and place on ungreased deep pie plate or 9x13 or 8x10 pan. Press in bottom and sides to form crust.
5.Pour zucchini mix into crust.
6. Top with cooked italian sausage crumbles
7.Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 30 minutes.
