Note: For an easier version you may use store-bought Blueberry Simple Syrup
Blueberry Vodka Lemonade

Homemade Bluberry Simple Syrup
INGREDIENTS
Makes one cocktail
2 Oz. Lemon juice freshly squeezed or store bought
3 Oz water
2 Oz. Blueberry Simple syrup 1.5 Oz Vodka
1.Start by putting water, sugar, and cup of blueberries into a saucepan and bringing to a boil.
2.Once mixture is boiling, lower to simmer and let simmer 10-15 minutes, until blueberries have burst and mixure has thickened into a syrup
3.Then, strain the mixture into a bowl, being sure to press down on the blueberries to extract as much juice as possible.
4.Keep syrup in bowl or pour into a mason jar and place in fridge to cool completely before using.
DIRECTIONS
Blueberry Vodka Lemonade
Combine lemon juice,
water, blueberry simple syrup, vodka in an ice-filled shaker, shake it up, and then pour into an ice- filled cocktail glass.
