The Birley Centre includes a state-of-the-art auditorium, fully equipped recording studios, a ‘rock room’, music technology suites, and rehearsal and practice rooms.
There is a wealth of orchestras, bands, ensembles and choirs for musicians to join. Formal and informal concerts and events such as the house music festival, Battle of the Bands
and musical drama provide plenty of opportunities to perform.
